CMTM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMTM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR651, MIR4472-2, and MIR3912. Each is linked with CMTM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM6-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR651 grouped by CMTM6-low versus CMTM6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
