CMTM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CMTM6 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 751 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAA40, NEK2, and ERAL1. Each is linked with CMTM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM6-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NAA40 grouped by CMTM6-low versus CMTM6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
