Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMTM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,235 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CMTM5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, SORBS1, and TMOD1. Each is linked with CMTM5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM5-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CMTM5 versus CNRIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
