Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMTM5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,688 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CMTM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL17, NIPAL2, and NCALD. Each is linked with CMTM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM5-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CMTM5 versus CCL17 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
