Across TCGA cell cohorts, CMTM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,228 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CMTM5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Pointed-end actin filament capping. Each is linked with CMTM5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM5-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading grouped by CMTM5-low versus CMTM5-high in SKIN.
