Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CMTM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CMTM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXorf51A, MEIKIN, and MSGN1. Each is linked with CMTM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM5-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXorf51A grouped by CMTM5-low versus CMTM5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
