CMTM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMTM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 604 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4ATAC12P, MTND4LP16, and LINC02540. Each is linked with CMTM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM2-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4ATAC12P grouped by CMTM2-low versus CMTM2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
