CMC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA2, LINC02563, and EDARADD. Each is linked with CMC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMC4-to-partner and partner-to-CMC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOLGA2 grouped by CMC4-low versus CMC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
