CMAHP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMAHP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,401 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMAHP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, DYNLT3P2, and YTHDF3-AS1. Each is linked with CMAHP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMAHP-to-partner and partner-to-CMAHP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by CMAHP-low versus CMAHP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMAHP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMAHP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
