CMA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTEN, YB-1, and FoxM1. Each is linked with CMA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMA1-to-partner and partner-to-CMA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTEN grouped by CMA1-low versus CMA1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
