Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLYBL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CLYBL data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CLYBL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLYBL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, ESCA, and BLCA are the cancer types where CLYBL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
