CLUL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLUL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,658 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLUL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPP1, DDAH1, and SORBS2. Each is linked with CLUL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLUL1-to-partner and partner-to-CLUL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLUL1 versus UPP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLUL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLUL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
