CLUL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLUL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 183 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLUL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31D1, USP17L20, and USP17L18. Each is linked with CLUL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLUL1-to-partner and partner-to-CLUL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31D1 grouped by CLUL1-low versus CLUL1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLUL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLUL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
