CLUHP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLUHP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,724 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLUHP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIZ, ARF4, and XRCC1. Each is linked with CLUHP6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLUHP6-to-partner and partner-to-CLUHP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLUHP6 versus WIZ in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLUHP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLUHP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
