Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLUHP6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CLUHP6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher CLUHP6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLUHP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and KIRP show a favorable association.
MESO, KICH, and CHOL are the cancer types where CLUHP6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
