Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLUHP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,049 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLUHP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein modification by small protein removal, Glucan metabolic process, and Regulation of synapse structure or activity. Each is linked with CLUHP5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLUHP5-to-partner and partner-to-CLUHP5 results are reported.
