Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLUHP5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CLUHP5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CLUHP5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLUHP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BLCA show a favorable association.
ACC, LUSC, and CHOL are the cancer types where CLUHP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
