CLUHP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLUHP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,572 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLUHP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HCFC1, PNN, and SMC1A. Each is linked with CLUHP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLUHP3-to-partner and partner-to-CLUHP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLUHP3 versus HCFC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLUHP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLUHP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
