Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLUHP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CLUHP3 data layer compared with 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher CLUHP3 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLUHP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and PAAD show a favorable association.
MESO, PAAD, and UVM are the cancer types where CLUHP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
