CLUAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLUAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,750 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLUAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP20, ZNF263, and ZNF500. Each is linked with CLUAP1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLUAP1-to-partner and partner-to-CLUAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLUAP1 versus CEP20 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLUAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLUAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
