CLUAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLUAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,465 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLUAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANOS2P, OR9Q2, and RPS6P15. Each is linked with CLUAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLUAP1-to-partner and partner-to-CLUAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANOS2P grouped by CLUAP1-low versus CLUAP1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLUAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLUAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
