CLTRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLTRN mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 439 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLTRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASGRP1, GPR4, and PRR13. Each is linked with CLTRN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLTRN-to-partner and partner-to-CLTRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RASGRP1 grouped by CLTRN-low versus CLTRN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLTRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLTRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
