CLSTN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLSTN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLSTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and EGFR. Each is linked with CLSTN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLSTN1-to-partner and partner-to-CLSTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by CLSTN1-low versus CLSTN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLSTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLSTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
