Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLSPN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CLSPN data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CLSPN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLSPN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where CLSPN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
