CLSPN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLSPN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,019 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLSPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMU1P1, PTH1R, and LINC01645. Each is linked with CLSPN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLSPN-to-partner and partner-to-CLSPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLSPN versus SMU1P1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLSPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLSPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
