CLSPN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLSPN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,409 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLSPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-19P, LSM10, and NDUFAF1. Each is linked with CLSPN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLSPN-to-partner and partner-to-CLSPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-19P grouped by CLSPN-low versus CLSPN-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLSPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLSPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
