Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLSPN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLSPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56A4, SLC30A10, and GPR6. Each is linked with CLSPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLSPN-to-partner and partner-to-CLSPN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR56A4 grouped by CLSPN-low versus CLSPN-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLSPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLSPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
