Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLRN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 717 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLRN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL391P, RNA5SP155, and BNIP3P32. Each is linked with CLRN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLRN3-to-partner and partner-to-CLRN3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL391P grouped by CLRN3-low versus CLRN3-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
