CLRN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLRN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGA8, GEMIN4, and SPTA1. Each is linked with CLRN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLRN2-to-partner and partner-to-CLRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITGA8 grouped by CLRN2-low versus CLRN2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
