CLRN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLRN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLRN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Caspase-8, and ASNS. Each is linked with CLRN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLRN1-to-partner and partner-to-CLRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by CLRN1-low versus CLRN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
