Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPTM1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,581 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLPTM1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are LONRF2P2, UQCR11, and BAIAP2L2. Each is linked with CLPTM1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPTM1L-to-partner and partner-to-CLPTM1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LONRF2P2 grouped by CLPTM1L-low versus CLPTM1L-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLPTM1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLPTM1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
