Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPTM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,163 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPTM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Free ubiquitin chain polymerization, Establishment or maintenance of cytoskeleton polarity, and Maintenance of protein location in mitochondrion. Each is linked with CLPTM1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPTM1-to-partner and partner-to-CLPTM1 results are reported.
