CLPTM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPTM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,571 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-68P, DISC1-IT1, and ABHD5. Each is linked with CLPTM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPTM1-to-partner and partner-to-CLPTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-68P grouped by CLPTM1-low versus CLPTM1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLPTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLPTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
