Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLPP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CLPP data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CLPP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLPP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, LIHC, and PRAD are the cancer types where CLPP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
