CLPP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01817, RNU1-105P, and RNU6-299P. Each is linked with CLPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPP-to-partner and partner-to-CLPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01817 grouped by CLPP-low versus CLPP-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
