CLP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,879 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSRP1, PRPF19, and FEN1. Each is linked with CLP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLP1-to-partner and partner-to-CLP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLP1 versus SSRP1 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
