CLOCK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLOCK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,819 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLOCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01399, SRCIN1, and RN7SL538P. Each is linked with CLOCK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLOCK-to-partner and partner-to-CLOCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01399 grouped by CLOCK-low versus CLOCK-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLOCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLOCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
