Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLNS1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,539 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLNS1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NARS2, TGFBR2, and DDIAS. Each is linked with CLNS1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLNS1A-to-partner and partner-to-CLNS1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLNS1A versus NARS2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLNS1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLNS1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
