CLNS1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLNS1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLNS1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIMS3, ZC2HC1B, and HNRNPCL4. Each is linked with CLNS1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLNS1A-to-partner and partner-to-CLNS1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIMS3 grouped by CLNS1A-low versus CLNS1A-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLNS1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLNS1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
