Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLN6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 116 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP105, TOMM22P2, and TIPINP1. Each is linked with CLN6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLN6-to-partner and partner-to-CLN6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP105 grouped by CLN6-low versus CLN6-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
