CLMP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPN4, MSGN1, and OR2B2. Each is linked with CLMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLMP-to-partner and partner-to-CLMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPN4 grouped by CLMP-low versus CLMP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
