CLK3P2

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLK3P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CLK3P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher CLK3P2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLK3P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and UVM show a favorable association.

CESC, KICH, and LUSC are the cancer types where CLK3P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
