CLK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,769 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM22, CAPZB, and MIR6780A. Each is linked with CLK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLK3-to-partner and partner-to-CLK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM22 grouped by CLK3-low versus CLK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
