CLK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,726 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR27, ZSCAN26, and ZKSCAN8. Each is linked with CLK2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLK2-to-partner and partner-to-CLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLK2 versus WDR27 in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
