CLK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,908 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPCP1, PABPC1P13, and SYF2P1. Each is linked with CLK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLK2-to-partner and partner-to-CLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPCP1 grouped by CLK2-low versus CLK2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
