CLIP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,438 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BSNDP1, IGHV1-69D, and LINC01943. Each is linked with CLIP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIP3-to-partner and partner-to-CLIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BSNDP1 grouped by CLIP3-low versus CLIP3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
