Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLIC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLIC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP97D2, PRH2, and TPPP2. Each is linked with CLIC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIC5-to-partner and partner-to-CLIC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFAP97D2 grouped by CLIC5-low versus CLIC5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
