CLIC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 248 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGBD4P2, SLA, and CPAMD8. Each is linked with CLIC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIC4-to-partner and partner-to-CLIC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGBD4P2 grouped by CLIC4-low versus CLIC4-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
