CLIC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLIC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,179 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALU, CUL4B, and VAMP3. Each is linked with CLIC4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIC4-to-partner and partner-to-CLIC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLIC4 versus CALU in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
