CLHC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLHC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLHC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6, p62 Lck ligand, and PCNA. Each is linked with CLHC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLHC1-to-partner and partner-to-CLHC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIG-6 grouped by CLHC1-low versus CLHC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLHC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLHC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
